Christina is a Registered Psychologist providing virtual therapy services to adults across Alberta. She supports individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, burnout, low mood, depression, trauma-related concerns, chronic pain, grief, challenges with focus and executive functioning, and life transitions. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, behaviour and learning principles, and creating a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change. Christina works collaboratively with clients who may be seeking a new path forward or learning new ways to navigate the one they are currently on.
